A high response rate is very important to us as we very closely monitor the responses that we do get.. We are getting ready to roll out a random drawing for a gift certificate to a local business for those that respond.. We are hoping that this will further increase our response rates! Too often it seems it is the bad or negative experiences that always seem to bubble up as feedback. The other part of receiving feedback is that it is simply difficult to get people to take the time to fill out surveys and submit their thoughts. What methods or tactics is KHC using to get people to submit these feedback surveys? This might be something other hospitals could take advantage of in their own area.
